Indian Wicket Keeper Batsman met a fatal car accident on 30 December near Roorkee. He was going to his home early morning to give a surprise to his mom on the eve of New Year. But a near-death accident met him on the road.
Two Truck drivers rescue him on the road. They help him to come out of the car. His car collided with the divider on the boundary. He was then immediately admitted to Saksham Hospital in Roorkee. He was then transferred to Max hospital in Dehradun.
BCCI has announced that Pant will get the best medical care. Rishabh Pant has 2 cuts on his forehead and a ligament tear in his right knee and has also hurt his right wrist. He will further go through an MRI scan to check for more injury.
BCCI Decision On Rishabh Pant
Rishabh Pant is currently under treatment at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. He was transferred from Dehradun To Mumbai. BCCI has taken a big decision on Rishabh Pant. He will be out of this TATA IPL 2023 but BCCI will pay his 16 Crore Salary of Delhi Capitals and 5 Crore central contract. Overall he will get 21 crores from BCCI.
Pant’s injury needs 6-7 months of recovery on the bed. The entire cost of his treatment will bear by BCCI. He will miss the IPL 2023 as well Border Gavaskar Trophy. He may be out from the main ODI team of World Cup 2023.
