Indian Wicket Keeper Batsman met a fatal car accident on 29 December near Roorkee. He was going to his home early morning to give a surprise to his mom on the eve of New Year. But a near-death accident met him on the road.

Two Truck drivers rescue him on the road. They help him to come out of the car. His car collided with the divider on the boundary. He was then immediately admitted to Saksham Hospital in Roorkee. He was then transferred to Max hospital in Dehradun.

Pant was driving his Mercedes while coming from Roorkee to Delhi. His car collided with a divider and it caught fire on the road.

BCCI has announced that Pant will get the best medical care. Rishabh Pant has 2 cuts on his forehead and a ligament tear in his right knee and has also hurt his right wrist. He will further go through an MRI scan to check for more injury.

Rishabh Pant needs at least 3 months of rest for his body to fully recover. The ligament of his right knee is torn which needs at least a 2-month recovery. We hope Rishabh Pant will have a very good recovery and he will be back in the field with a great smile on his face.
